This weekend me, Kwasi, and Kwabi went to Ocean City, Maryland. We stayed with some friends and their son. We decided to leave early Saturday morning instead of Friday, primarily due to traffic. But also because I hate leaving home for more than a day. LOL Plus, it’s tons more things to pack. You should have seen how much stuff we had for just a day!
Overall, the trip was fun. I loved seeing how excited Kwabi was to see the ocean, and to run through the sand, and to shriek when the ice-cold surf came within inches of our toes.
I would like to take him back again this summer, even if we just did a day-trip!
Kwabi absolutely loved the beach! He had a new green car that he insisted upon pushing through the sand (and even fell asleep clutching it this evening!). Check him out proudly displaying his green car:
