HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!
Today I turned 33 years old. How could that be? That number sounds so……well, old, sort of. Anyhow, it’s just another day to me. I really have been one that never likes people to make a big deal about my birthday. Who really cares? I’m just glad to be here, knowing that I survived 32 🙂
I’m very pensive today, thinking about my life and what I want it to be, where I want to go, etc. I have decided to leave things behind in age 32, and focus on the things I want to occur in year 33. I want to be better with money. Okay, not that I’m bad, per se, but I have no organization when it comes to spending money. I would like to become more thrifty and budget-conscious.
I would like to spend this next year finding a new job, focusing on taking some classes towards certifications (not sure which, yet!). I would also like to get my house together. That will take some time.
Today is just another day…..no amazing plans….surprise parties……dinner plans……nothing extraordary. But I am happy to see 33, and I know that it will be a good year 🙂
