Tonight after I got back from doing a quick beer run before we get slammed with 15+ inches of snow (ugh…on top of the 3 feet we just got a few days ago…..), Kwasi was cooking dinner, and Kwabena and I put on Ke$ha’s “Tik Tok” and Lady Gaga’s “Bad Romance,” and he and I got our dance on. So much fun! Of course, Kwasi bitched and complained, saying we were making too much noise for our neighbor below. Yes, we probably were. But how often do you get to dance around to your favorite song with your preschooler, and just enjoy the moment?
Not often.
He looked so cute in this moment when he fell on the floor in a sweaty, face-flushed exhaustion, that I asked him if he would lie still while I grabbed the camera, so that I could that this picture, and he actually agreed. Ha, I only got one shot before he was off and running again but damn, it’s a good one!!! My boy is so handsome!!!!!
