My Personal Shopper

July 7, 2011 By Serena Leave a Comment

OMG, I just had to write this down! So funny! Kwabena, Ohene, and I had stopped at Target this evening to get some butter and maple syrup (we were having pancakes and veggie sausages). I decided to just grab a basket instead of a cart. Well, Ohene, who decided he wanted to be my big helper, decided that he wanted to carry the basket. Keep in mind that the basket is nearly as big as him. LOL

Anyhow, I wanted to let him carry it, and figured he would give it up when he realized it would be too heavy to carry once I put a few items in it.

So we’re walking past the OJ, and he stops, puts the basket down, and does his classic, “Ooooooohhhh!” Too cute, so I decided to get some OJ, since we were out.

I figured I would let him carry the juice by itself, because there would be no way to hold that juice in the basket. Well, it ended up in the basket, and my little Personal Shopper decided to PUSH the basket through the whole store!

The funniest part is that at one point, he stopped in front of an endcap display, and picked up a little container of cookies, and some crackers or something! And had the nerve to put it in the car, and then mosey his way on, pushing his little basket to where Kwabena and I were standing!!!!

It was so hilarious that we couldn’t stop talking about it in the car. TOO freakin’ cute! I wish I had captured it on video!

He does that stuff often at the store! Just grabs something and puts it in the cart, like he’s doing the shopping and not me. So funny!!!!!!
