Oh, and our air conditioning?? Looks like we will definitely have to pay for it ourselves out of pocket. Damn, why didn’t we have a home warranty sooner….??????
Anyhow, our agent is going to put the condo on the market this week, about Tuesday or Wednesday. WOOT!
