Living on a “cash-only” system, I have become quite stingy with my money! **GASP!** Tonight, Hakimah and I went with the kids shopping at the mall, and damn near everything that I could have spent money on, I bypassed. We saw some cozy slipper socks at Nordstrom’s. Instead of paying the affordable $12.50, I passed. Later when we went to Macy’s (and after Hakimah discovered she didn’t have a coupon with her, I passed up the $22 gloves (even though I need them). I just didn’t want to spend the cash. When you’ve got a limited amount of cash in your pocket, you reallllllly want to hold on to it as long as possible. I spent $200 easily since Monday. And then yesterday, I took out $60, and I think I’m down to less than half. Crazy!
Well, I’m sitting here falling asleep at the computer, so I really must not stay!
