Ahhh……to spend a lazy Sunday indoors, where it’s warm and toasted, protected from the elements. That’s just what we did this Sunday. We stayed inside and made yummy vegan peanut butter cookies (OMG, so good……….and very easy to make). In all the mess, I realized that it was an excellent activity for a toddler on a cold fall afternoon. I had ordered a set of 100 cookie cutters, and boy, what a great investment for $10.00! I used the left over whole wheat flour, added some water, and made a knock-off playdough that provided cheap entertainment!
