It pours…..
Our AC unit broke this weekend! And after paying $570 to have (what we thought) it fixed, we’re now being told it has a freon leak. Lucky us……Put all this work and sweat and tears and MONEY into a condo, only to (hopefully) sell it to some other lucky fuck.
At least the floors look nice and were affordable!
I just wish we had done it SOONER. Why did we wait?!
This weekend I also installed new door handles in the kitchen. And our new fridge is scheduled to be delivered on Saturday.
I repainted the Master Bath, as well, and added new cabinet knobs. The bathroom looks amazing!
So all this money and time and effort……..I can only hope that we not only get a buyer, but we get asking price. It will go on the market probably this week or next. I still have some painting and stuff to get done. And since I am home for the rest of the day, after getting financially assaulted by the HVAC people today, well, I may as well use my time wisely!
