Baby Appiah #3

June 4, 2011 By Serena Leave a Comment

This poor baby…..Hardly any belly pics!! And I have barely blogged about this pregnancy! Okay, this is the best I can do for now. I look frickin’ HUGE, and my lovely best friend, Hakimah, loves reminding me how she “didn’t look this pregnant until she was 7 months pregnant!” Um, you were 22 and it was your first child. I’m 33 and this is my 3rd! That accounts for something, doesn’t it!?!

11 weeks, 4 days

13 weeks, 5 days……….Did I really just get that much bigger in 2 weeks??

15 weeks, 5 days….Getting bigger!

If I look this big at 15 weeks, what the hell is 40 weeks going to look (and feel!!!) like? LOL

I also don’t have a baby book for this baby. I should probably just do all my blogging and baby journaling here; save my money on a book. Hell, I can’t even FIND Kwabena and Ohene’s baby books!!! Somehow I must have packed them away with the move and now I have no idea where they are. I am hoping there is still a random box packed away in the garage. It would be so sad to lose all that stuff. I mean, I kept pretty good pics and journal entries in this blog. But still…….I recorded drs. appointments, and heartbeat rates. You know, all the details that you would NEVER remember. So I guess I better start recording that stuff here.

As for this baby’s heart rate has been in the 150’s, about 154. They say over 150 it’s more likely to be a girl…….

And I can’t wait until June 27th, to find out if this baby is a boy or a girl!

And this past Wednesday, I have my 15 weeks screening done to further investigate the low protein results that had come back during my first trimester screen. I hope everything is okay. I wasn’t even going to have it done because I wouldn’t have the amnio done, regardless. It’s just to know more info. I will get more info during the ultrasound on the 27th. I feel like everything will be okay. I can only hope and pray!
