Kwabi’s latest past-time: playing underneath the rug. I don’t know how we discovered this…. I think I must have just lifted the rug and toss it on him. He giggled and demanded, “Again, Mommy!” So then it turned into a 25-minute game of hiding Kwabena under the rug. LOL
Who said Moms need to buy TOYS??
One evening, I got creative and decided to make him a paper bag outfit…..He loved it! I realized that we could possibly create a really CHEAP Halloween consume this year!
He didn’t let it stop him from playing with his choo-choos, either….
Here’s Kwabi and his favorite chain! He loved this chain so much that he didn’t want to take it off to bathe…sleep…OR to go to daycare! When Kwasi finally took it off, he wailed and wailed for his chain!

Kwabena and I were headed to a friend’s wedding anniversary party, and I snapped this pic before getting out of the car. It was super hot that day. He just looks so tired! Don’t let it fool you, though…. The whole time during the event, he ran around like a mad-man…. and to top it all off, he ran to the front of the room and dragged his fingers over the anniversary cake because he wanted to taste the cake! The terrible thing was that my friend and his wife hadn’t even taken pics of the cake yet! I was mortified (and also a bit humored–shame on me).
“Not again, Mommy…. Can we just GO now??”
