Tonight……………..
SCENE: Kwabena lying in bed, wide awake, for nearly an hour, then got out to come tell me he couldn’t fall asleep………..
ME: “Kwabena, go to sleep”…………
KWABENA: “Mommy, my brain isn’t functioning. It’s like my brain is having a party in there.”
LOL…….I think his restlessness was because I read Berenstain Bears and the Bad Dream. I think last time I read it, he couldn’t go to sleep. He didn’t tell me this was the reason, but I put two and two together. I guess we’ll have to cross that book off of our reading list. LOL
