SCENE: Driving home from Kwasi’s mom’s house at the end of the day.
Kwabena: [singing] “Read your Bible everyday….read your Bible everyday…”
Me: “Do you know what the Bible is, sweetie?”
Kwabena: “Yes, it’s a book about God.”
Me: “Do you want to read the Bible?”
Kwabena: “No.”
Me: “Why not?”
Kwabena: “Because the Bible is boring!”
(Believe me, he didn’t hear that from me!!)
