SCENE: Kwabena was bothering Ohene, doing something he shouldn’t have. I put him in time-out. When he came out from time-out I told him that I will do the same thing to Ohene if he does bad things to him. Kwabena responded very calmly, “If Ohene does bad things to me, I will defend myself.” LOL!

Yesterday Ohene’s new toy came in the mail that I had ordered from Amazon. It’s this ball popper thing. You put the balls down the hole and the air shoots them up (well, we have to get batteries for it first….). I taught Ohene how to put the balls in there! I demonstrated, and then encouraged him to do it! I know, I know…kids learn….But to see your baby, who is just starting to show these advanced behaviors and imitations, is simply amazing 🙂
