I Have the Funniest Child….

July 28, 2009 By Serena Leave a Comment

Last night between me and Kwabena we were rolling around on my bed, playing and having fun:

KWABENA: “I’m not going to love you anymore, Mommy. I’m going to love another girl!”

ME: “What?! Another girl?! Who?”

KWABENA: “Another girl in Ghana!”

ME: “Oh, really? What’s her name?”

KWABENA: “Her name is Meeda.” (mind you, we don’t know any “Meeda” in Ghana, lol)

ME: “Hmph. Well, you better not!”

KWABENA: “Meeda’s going to kick you out of the house!”

ME: “She better not, or I’ll kick her butt!”

KWABENA: “Well, I can love both of you.”

Last night, as well……

I was standing at my computer, checking (what else??) Facebook, and Kwabena was lying at my feet, on his back, legs up in the air, bare butt sticking out, and says, “I’m putting your pants in my butt!” I looked down and the nasty kid was taking my pajama pants and wiping his ASS on my pants leg!!! LOL I couldn’t help but laugh…….as nasty as he is, it was still funny, though!

So as you can see, Kwabena was pretty wild last night, wiping his ass on my leg…hanging on me like I am some jungle gym, etc. So at some point while he was hanging on me, I jokingly called over to Kwasi, “Ugh, Daddy, we’re going to have *2* of these?!?!” Seriously….that is all I said, implying that we’re going to have 2 crazy boys on our hands. But my super smart son piped up and said, very curious to know, “Why you scared of having 2 boys, Mommy?”

OMG! I couldn’t believe that he actually knew what I was talking about! And here I thought I could talk over him….. yeah, right!
